I Have a 2 Year Old

Luka turned 2 yesterday and he had such a good birthday. We went to church and he got to play with his friends in nursery and then he go to eat one of his favorite things, a donut! After this we went over to my grandparents' house where my parents are staying for now and celebrate his birthday with cake, ice cream, pinata, and opened presents.

We started with the pinata and it didn't last long!

Luka was very spoiled and got lots of gifts from loved ones. Thank you guys so much!

Christmas Break and New Years Trip

Okay so this post is going to be a massive one of pictures. I finally took picture of the Christmas break and then when my family (no kids) went to San Diego for a New Years Family getaway!

The Latest

Here is the latest of Luka...

I walk in from class today and this little boy won't stop trying to take my boots off. So once I took them off, he had to put  them on himself. They were as big as his whole leg! Silly Boy :)

The Museum of Idaho

Several weeks ago Luka and I went to the Mummy Exhibit at the Museum of Idaho in Idaho Falls. I absolutely love the museum and so I took lots of pictures. This one was especially cool because all the artifacts displayed were from all over the world. The entire exhibit wasn't just one piece. Some pieces came from the Middle East, some from Europe, and others from museums in the states. I know this will probably bore a lot of you but I have not done a post in months so I figured this was the best I got lately. hahaha

Easter Sunday!

Luka is growing so fast and already looks like a toddler. This Easter Sunday we went over to my grandparents' and it was such a nice day outside. Luka loved it outside and was walking around everywhere. I have the best cousins; they play with him constantly and Luka just adores them!

Like His Daddy

I while ago Luka wasn't feeling very good and he just want to sit down by me under a blanket and cuddle. I was loving every  minute of it because he won't hold still long enough for me to even wipe his nose. So as I was taking in the moment, the door bell rang drawing me to reality. :) When I get back from the door, there I see Luka sitting behind the computer looking just like his daddy does. 

Oh my goodness, I truly have the funniest little boy alive!

Funny Boy

Luka has the best personality and is always making Uros and I laugh so hard. We will be almost rolling on the floor laughing at this child. I took some pictures of him just playing around and I hope you can see some of his personality through them.

For the past month...

Uros' father has been with us again. He has helped me sooo much with Luka while I started school back up again. Uros and I run back and forth to classes all day and it has been quite interesting. I am worried how we are going to do everything when Vladimir leaves tomorrow.
Luka is almost one years old and the joy of our lives. He has the funniest personality and is always making us laugh. He is also so smart! Some recent things he is doing is:
Blowing into a flute or whistle that we have.
Learning to say animal sounds. (Of course only when he feel like it ;))
Says dede for his Deka (grandpa in Serbian).
Says tata (daddy in Serbian).
Says mama, And will say random words in either English or Serbian whenever he feels like it. :)
Luka is FINALLY eating better for his age and can stand by himself but won't do it very often. He also loves the bath time so much because he gets to play with his little toys and he get very excited whenever he even gets near the tub.

Thought this last one was pretty cool! :)

UgLy SwEaTeR pArTy!

Yesterday on the 22nd, my high school, sports friends and I had a little Christmas part for fun. This is the one time of the year that we can all see each other so we had dinner at Kayla Ellsworth's house. This year our theme was ugly Christmas sweaters! :) We also brought gag gifts and played a little game with them.

Right now Chayla is going to a University in Oregan and playing basketball.
Melissa is married and a mother to an adorable 6 month old baby girl.
Kayla just graduated from Dental School in Utah!
Nicole is in her senior year of volleyball at BYU Provo.
Shandi just got married at the beginning of December and working at Aeropostale.
Allison just graduated from Nursing School here at BYU-Idaho.
I am just starting school again in January for my Bachelors in History.

My Very First

This year I put our very first Christmas tree up. I was so excited! I love Christmas so much and last year we didn't put one up so I really wanted to this year. It is very simple but I love it! Luka stares at it and say "oooh!" every time the lights are on. As you can see I blocked it with the couches so he can't get to it.....can we say DISASTER! lol

10 Months Old

LUKA TURNED 10 MONTHS OLD! Here are some pictures of him when he was younger and then what he looks like now. He is starting to look like a little boy already. It makes me sad but excited at the same time. I love having my baby boy and he no longer wants me to cuddle him. :)
